We exist to ensure access to a supportive, affordable, and sustainable home for each person on a recovery journey. Sober homes offer an opportunity for men and women in recovery to live together and support each other while pursuing a new life in recovery. Independent living is difficult, and sober housing offers an attractive alternative to many options available to men and women in early recovery.

It’s good to have a solid foundation, but ultimately, it’s going to come down to the evidence that’s presented in any given case. It’s imperative for judges to stay abreast of developments and technology, especially when those technologies are being relied upon in criminal and civil cases. It’s not just an issue of whether those types of technologies are reliable in and of themselves, but it’s also an issue of whether or not those technologies can be used to manipulate evidence as well. I have not had any conversations with any other potential bidders, because I think that if we’re going to have that process, the judge shouldn’t come into it with predetermined notions.
